Oliver Simpson

Oli specialises in Qualified Interim and Contract recruitment. Having joined an international recruitment firm after graduating from Loughborough University with a degree in Computing & Management in 2005, Oli worked his way from Consultant to Senior Management before making the move to run his own business.
Ross McDonough
Director - InterimThames Valley East
Ross is a seasoned temporary and interim recruiter, having spent the best part of 10 years at a global finance recruitment business. Ross has been regularly recognised as one of the best in the business, most notably achieving the highest billing temporary consultant in the country at his previous employer.
Kate Slane

Kate specialises in permanent placements and has worked in the Thames Valley market for the last 13 years. Kate led and managed a highly successful team with her previous employer and prides herself on developing relationships which are beneficial for both parties.

Tom Purser
Division Manager – TempThames Valley West
Tom joined Orka Financial in 2019 and focusses on temporary transactional roles as well as Assistant Accountants across our Thames Valley West market (Reading/Bracknell/Newbury/Basingstoke). Tom has become an expert in his field and is known for providing excellent customer service. Tom has done so well at Orka that we had to hire his twin brother Jack to complement him in our TVE market.

Ben joined Orka Financial in 2023 and focusses on permanent transactional finance roles across our Thames Valley East market. Ben is a keen sportsman and enjoys playing football and golf as well as coaching tennis and swimming.
